Terms & Conditions for ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of services provided by ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India offering international logistics, and import/export services worldwide. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, you must refrain from using our services. - Service Scope
ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. provides import/export logistics services globally, including but not limited to transportation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and warehousing. All services are subject to availability and may vary by region. - Registration and Documentation
Customers must provide valid and accurate documentation for any shipment, including invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations, and other necessary regulatory paperwork. ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject or delay services if documentation is incomplete or inaccurate. - Service Charges and Payments
Charges for services provided by ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. will be communicated at the time of booking. All payments must be made as per the invoice within the stipulated time. Late payments may attract interest charges as per the company’s policy. - Customs and Regulatory Compliance
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs, import/export laws, and regulations of the respective countries. ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any penalties, fines, or delays due to non-compliance. - Insurance
ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. does not automatically provide insurance for shipments. Customers are advised to purchase appropriate insurance for their goods. ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of uninsured goods. - Liability Limitation
ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd.’s liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific shipment or transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, loss, or misdelivery of goods. - Force Majeure
ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays, failures, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions. - Prohibited Goods
Customers must not use ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd.’s services for the transport of prohibited or illegal goods. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if prohibited items are found in any shipment. - Claims and Disputes
Any claims related to lost or damaged goods must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. will review the claim and communicate its decision within a reasonable time. - Termination of Services
ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service without prior notice in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities by the customer. - Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. - Confidentiality
ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. will handle customer information in strict confidence and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or necessary for providing the service. - Amendments
ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be available on the company website, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of any changes. - Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify and hold ATS Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of our services.
